Seaview East closing at end of June after 26 years

Seaview East boatyard in Seattle will close at the end of June, somnology a victim of what its owner said is a combination of high rent and a slowdown in business over the past few years.

But Phil Riise said while the closure after 26 years of operation marks the end of an era, emergency it also signifies a new chapter for the company he started in 1974.
