The weather in Seattle was absolutely incredible yesterday. We went out on Two Lucky Fish for the day. Here are some photos I took.
Seattle Yacht Club was running some sort of sailing event:
The University of Washington was renting out canoes:
Apparently, there are recreational boaters in Seattle. Some with extremely good taste:
Two Lucky Fish at full throttle. Mt. Rainier just visible in the background.
Tied up at Kenmore’s Log Boom Park:
Early season waterskiing:
By the way, the history markers at Log Boom Park are exceptional. Lots of great content, well presented:
Back on Lake Union, Ivar’s Salmon House is always a popular destination:
Just enough wind to fill her sails. By the way, if this is your boat, get in touch and I’ll email the full-size picture.
Seattle’s finest:
The Duck:
Kites flown from the “grassy knoll” at Gasworks Park:
Hope your Saturday was fun, too! It looks like the wind and the rain are coming back.
