[Time for another press release from my friends at the Seattle Boat Show. I’m looking forward to it. —Tim]

The Seattle Boat Show, sick Indoors + Afloat, decease opens next Friday, January 29 and runs through Saturday, February 6. Over the next seven days, we’ll be fitting 1,000 boats and yachts into Qwest Field Event Center and on the water on South Lake Union – plus setting up more than 3 acres of accessories, electronics and boating gear – to make the largest boat show on the West Coast.

If you don’t already have your tickets, you can buy them online today at http://www.SeattleBoatShow.com to receive free parking and more.

With the show only a week away, I’m really excited to share news about two special promotions we’ve created for this year’s show:

1. Weeknight Dinner E-ticket – For years, we’ve been offering free parking, a free boating magazine* and a free cup of clam chowder when you buy tickets to the boat show online. This year, we’ve added a new Weeknight Dinner E-Ticket for $20 where you still receive all of those great e-ticket benefits, PLUS you’ll get a Cod Fish & Chips Dinner, and beer, house wine, or non-alcoholic beverage from our friends at FX McRory’s Restaurant. Treat yourself to Dinner and a Show! To purchase, click on http://seattleboatshow.com/buy-tickets.html

2. Boater’s Happy Hour on Lake Union – All day, every day of the Seattle Boat Show on South Lake Union, showgoers receive a free appetizer when you show your admission wristband or hand-stamp from the following Lake Union restaurants: Chandler’s Crabhouse, Daniel’s Broiler and Joey’s.

As always, the complete list of exhibitors, including the boat and accessory brands they sell, along with our schedule of more than 200 free boating and fishing seminars is online at http://www.SeattleBoatShow.com.

Finally, during the year we come across so many boaters singing the Seattle Boat Show song. Many of us grew up hearing it on the Radio or TV each January, so we’ve decided it would be fun to make it into a mobile phone ringtone and share it with all of you. To listen and download the boat show ringtone, click on http://seattleboatshow.com/boatshow-ringtones.html. If you add it as your phone’s ringtone and bring it to the show, you could receive a free gift in the Show Information booth at Qwest Field. Enjoy!

Thanks to our official sponsors of the 2010 Seattle Boat Show: ACE Recreational Marine Insurance and Northwest Buick-GMC dealers.

See you at the show!
